Bob's Winter Warm Her /  5 Gallon  - All Grain

    Spiced Ale

O.G. 1.078 @ 75%  - Hop IBU's 11-12

Mash grains  @ 152 degrees.

10 - Lb.  Maris Otter Malt

1/2 -Lb. 40 L Crystal Malt

3/4 -Lb. 60 L Crystal Malt

1 -Lb. Honey Malt

1/4 -Lb. Mild Malt

1 - Lb. Carapils Malt

1/2 Lb. Torrefied Wheat

1/2  oz. (4.5 AAU) Mt. Hood Leaf Hops (Bittering 60 Min)

1/2 oz. (4.5 AAU) Mt. Hood Leaf Hops (Aroma  5 Min)

1-LB.  Honey

5ea. Cinnamon Sticks
1 ounce Sweet Orange Peel
3 Tablespoon Pumpkin Spice
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

1 ea. White Labs - Burton Ale Yeast ( A 16 ounce starter is recommended)

Last 15 minutes of the boil, remove One (1) gallon of the hot wort into a small pot. Add Honey, Spices and Brown Sugar. Simmer for 15 minutes and add back to main Wort an end of boil. Remove all Spices. Standard primary and secondary fermentation.  Bottle with 1 cup Dry Malt. Best aged for 4 -6 months
