1\2 Lb. DWC Biscute Malt  

1\2 Lb. Carapils Malt

1\2 Lb. Crystal 20L.

1-1\2 oz. Hallertau Mittelfruh Plug @ 4.8 AAU  (60 Min) 

1 oz. Hallertau Mittelfruh Plug (30 min.)

1\2 oz. Hallertau Mittelfruh Plug (10 min.)

1\2 oz  Hallertau Mittelfruh Plug ( Dry hop)

( note if Hallertau Mittelfruh is not available, Use Mt. Hood and adjust AAU )

Wyeast # 2206 Bav. Lager.  

Mash 30 min. @ 130 deg., 30 min. @ 152 deg. Primary @ 50 deg. 3 weeks     Secondary @ 45 deg. 3 weeks
