3 Lb. Light Malt Extract

1.5 Lb. Wheat Malt Extract

1 Lb. Crushed U.S. 2 row Pale Malt

Prime with 3/4 cup

Steep Grain @  for 20 min. in 1/2 gal water 150 degrees sparge 1/2 gallon water @ 150deg. remove grain and add extract. Blend well. Add water to 2.5 gallons. Bring to a boil and add bittering hops.  Boil for 60 min. and remove hops. Remove from heat and cool. Top-up to 5 gallons with cold water.
