Beer Ingredients

SG. 1.064  -- IBUs.  26                 5 Gallon - All grain

  Traditional Bock

5 Lb. Vienna Malt

5 Lb. Belgium 2 Row

1-1/2 Lb.  Munich Malt

1/2 Lb.  Crystal 120 L.

3 oz.  Chocolate Malt

1/2 Lb. Caramunich 

1- Oz. Hallertau Hersbrucker  (90 minute)

1/2 Oz.  Hallertau Hersbrucker  (60 minute)

1/2 oz. Spalt ( 10 minutes )

1 WLP833 German Bock Yeast

1 Cup DME for Priming

Mash 4-1/2 Gallons @ 122 degrees for 30 minutes, 155 degrees for 60 minutes. Mash out @ 168 degrees for 10 minutes. Sparge @ 170 degrees.

Primary 5-7 days @ 55 degrees, Secondary @ 50 degrees for two weeks lower temp. to 45 and Lager for two weeks.
