Beer Ingredients

Honey Steam  /  5 Gallon Batch

O.G. 1.050 – 1.055  - Hop IBU's 22 - 25

6- LB.  Light Malt Extract

1- LB. Honey

12-oz. Crushed Honey Malt

2-oz . Crushed  Melinodian Malt

2-oz. Crushed Victory Malt

1- oz.  Northern Brewer Hops (bittering hops)

1/2- oz.  East Kent Golding Hops (finish hops)

1 ea. White Lab San Francisco Yeast or 2 ea. / Packs Nottingham Yeast

1- cup Dry Malt / Blend  (For Priming)

Mash grains in 1/2 gallon water @ 150 degrees for 30 minutes, sparge with 1/2 gallon water @ 168 degrees. Add water to 2 gallons, add malt and bring to a boil add bittering hops, boil for 55 minutes. Add finish hops & honey, boil for 5 minutes. Bottle with Dry Malt Blend, ferment at 65-68 degrees. Best aged for 4 weeks
