Beer Ingredients

Newly Wed Belgian Ale /  5 Gallon Batch All Grain

O.G. 1.064– 1.068 - Hop IBU's 24-25

5-1/2- LB.  Special Pale Malt

4-LB. Munich Malt

1-LB. Honey Malt

1-LB.  Honey

5/8 oz. (5.6 AAU) East Kent Golding Hops (Bittering 90 Min)

1/4 oz. (5.6 AAU) Tettnanger Hops (Bittering 90 Min)

1/2 oz. (5.6 AAU) Tettnanger Hops  (Aroma -End of boil)

1/3 oz. Sweet Orange Peel

1 ea. White Labs - Belgian Ale Yeast

Dextrose  (For Priming)

Use slightly soft water. Mash grains  @ 152 degrees. Boil 90 min. , add Honey, Aroma hops at end of boil with 1/3 oz. Sweet Orange Peel.  Bottle with 4 oz. Dextrose. Best aged for 4 -6weeks
