Apple Wine

Follow the Basic recipe for One Gallon.

  8 Lb's Fresh Apples ( mix McIntosh, Red Delicious, Wine Sap, Gala, etc. )

  4-1/2 Pts. Luke warm water

  2- Lb's Sugar

  1/2 teaspoon Pectic Enzyme (for clearing)

  2-1/4 teaspoon Acid Blend (for correcting acidity)

  1- teaspoon Yeast Nutrient ( yeast starter food)

  1/4 teaspoon Tannin powder ( for color & aids in clearing)

  1- Crushed Campden tablet ( to kill any wild yeast and bacteria)

  1- Premier Cuvee wine yeast
