  1- teaspoon Yeast Nutrient ( yeast starter food)

  1/4 teaspoon Tannin powder ( for color & aids in clearing)

  1- Crushed Campden tablet ( to kill any wild yeast and bacteria)

  1- Premier Cuvee wine yeast
