Apricot Wine

Follow the Basic recipe for One Gallon.

3 Lb's Apricots

7 Pints Water

2 Lb's sugar ( Enough Sugar to give a 1.090 Start Gravity)

1-1/4 tsp. Acid Blend

1 tsp. Pectic Enzyme powder ( Helps in Clearing by removing the Pectin)

1/4 tsp. Tannin powder

1/2 tsp. Yeast Energizer

1 ea. Campden tablet

1 package  Cuvee Wine Yeast

Clean and destone apricots before crushing.
