Blueberry Wine

Follow the Basic recipe for One Gallon.

 2-1/2 to 3-Lb's Fresh Blueberries

 7 Pts. Luke warm water

 1-3/4 to 2- Lb's Sugar

 1/2 teaspoon Pectic Enzyme (for clearing)

 1-1/2 teaspoon Acid Blend (for correcting acidity)

 1- teaspoon Yeast Nutrient ( yeast starter food)

 1- Crushed Campden tablet ( to kill any wild yeast and bacteria)

 1- Montrachet wine yeast
