Crab Apple Wine

Follow the Basic recipe for One Gallon.

 

4-1/2 Lb's Crabapples

 

1 Lb. Light Raisins

 

7 pints water

 

1-3/4 Lb's Sugar

 

1/2 teaspoon Dry Pectic Enzyme

 

1 teaspoon Yeast Nutrient

 

1 Campden tablet

 

1 ea. Champagne  Yeast
