Elderberry Wine

Follow the Basic recipe for One Gallon.

3 to 3-1/2 Lb's Fresh Elderberries - De-stemmed when fully ripe.

7 Pints water

2-1/4 Lb's sugar ( or for a 1.095 gravity)

1 tsp. Acid Blend

1 tsp. Yeast Nutrient

1 ea. Campden tablet

1 ea. wine yeast ( Cuvee)
