4 Lb's  FRESH Figs

7 pints Water

Add sugar for a 1.090 starting gravity

3-1/2 tsp. Acid Blend

1 tsp. Yeast Nutrient

1 Campden Tablet per Gallon

Champagne Wine Yeast
