Peach Wine
Follow the Basic recipe for One Gallon.
2-1/2 Lb's Fresh Peaches ( destoned)
7 - Pts. Luke warm water
2- Lb's Sugar
1- teaspoon Pectic Enzyme (for clearing)
1-1/2 teaspoon Acid Blend (for correcting acidity)
1/2- teaspoon Yeast Energizer ( yeast starter food)
1/4 teaspoon Tannin
1- Crushed Campden tablet ( to kill any wild yeast and bacteria)
1- Premier Cuvee wine yeast
Starting Gravity 1.085-1.090
