Plum Wine

Follow the Basic recipe for One Gallon.

 

4 Lb's Plums destoned

 

6 pints water

 

2 Lb's Sugar

 

1/2 teaspoon Acid Blend

 

1/2 teaspoon Dry Pectic Enzyme

 

1 teaspoon Yeast Nutrient

 

1 Campden tablet

 

1 ea. Cuvee wine Yeast
