Rhubarb Wine - One Gallon

Follow the Basic recipe for One Gallon.

3 Lb's Rhubarb**

1/2 Lb's  White Raisins

7 pints Water

Add  Sugar for a 1.090 gravity

1/4 tsp. Tannin

1 tsp. Yeast Nutrient

1 Campden Tablet per Gallon

Premier Cuvee Wine Yeast

 

** Use only the Rhubarb stalk only.

For German style add 3/4 ounce Ginger Root and 3/4 oz. cloves per gallon. Add into primary fermenter and remove before transferring into your secondary.
