Strawberry Wine
Follow the Basic recipe for One Gallon.
4-1/2 Lb's Fresh Strawberries
7 Pts. Luke warm water ( water level can be more or less to the size of the strawberries)
2- Lb's Sugar - Add sugar to adjust starting gravity to 1.080 to 1.085 )
1/2 teaspoon Pectic Enzyme (for clearing)
1- teaspoon Acid Blend (for correcting acidity)
1- teaspoon Yeast Nutrient ( yeast starter food)
1/4 teaspoon Tannin
1- Crushed Campden tablet ( to kill any wild yeast and bacteria)
1- Montrachet wine yeast
