Sweet Persimmon Wine - One Gallon

Follow the Basic recipe for One Gallon.

 

4 Lb's Persimmons

7 pints Warm water

2-Lb's Sugar or gravity to 1.090 - 1.095

2-tsp. Acid Blend

1/2 tsp. Pectic Enzyme

1 tsp. Yeast Nutrient

1 Campden tablet per gallon

Montrachet Yeast

 

Pick fruit just after the first frost, remove seeds
