Pumpkin Wine - One Gallon

Follow the Basic recipe for One Gallon.

 

4 - 5 Lb's Pumpkin Meat

6-1/2 to 7 pints warm Water

2 Lb's Sugar or to 1.095 Gravity

2-1/2 tsp. Acid Blend

1/4 tsp. Tannin

1 tsp. Yeast Nutrient

1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 Campden Tablet per Gallon

'Montrachet Yeast' ( sweet Wine ) use 'Cuvee Yeast' for dry wine

 

Remove all strings and seeds. Remove meat and discard the outer skin.
