Follow the Basic recipe for One Gallon.
2-1/2 Lb's Raisins
7 pints Water
1 Lb Natural Honey
3-1/2 tsp. Acid Blend
1 tsp. Yeast Nutrient
1 Campden Tablet per Gallon
Champagne Wine Yeast
Add sugar if needed for a 1.090 starting gravity
