       Primary Ferment your beer in the 7.8 Food Grade primary fermenter, then transfer the beer to the 5 Gallon Food Alcohol Grade secondary.   When Secondary is done. Economy 5        Why do we use one 6.5 gallon & one 5 gallon food grade bucket? Simple. You have the convenience of using the 6.5 gallon as a primary fermenter. The 5 gallon container is your bottling bucket. The 6.5 makes a great primary Fermenter because of the extra space needed during primary fermentation. Also the Spigot allows sediment to fall below it.
