Shipping cost is the actual cost that UPS charges our company. Those fees include UPS ground fee and rural fees if applicable. A Bank fee of $1.00 if your order is Under $ 10.00. Handling is the cost of the shipping material. Why do we separate these fees. Simple, if we charged you the same cost for 10 Lb's of product to Maryland as we charge to California. That just would not be fair. To have a flat rate is just NOT Fair. Shipping cost vary from weight and location. Not by purchase amount.
Shipping: UPS Ground Rate - Plus handling fee.
Handling Fee : 1- 5 Pounds - $1.50, 6 - 24 Pounds $2.50, 25- 75 pounds $3.50 Over 75 pounds additional fees if applicable.
Please Note; UPS charges a higher rate to residence than to business. ( $ 1.75 to $2.50 ) Also a $2.20 fee is added by UPS for Residential Rural delivery and $1.50 for Business Rural. If your order can be delivered to a 9- 5 Non Rural Business. You can save $1.75 to $ 4.70 on your shipping .

Shipping: We use United Parcel Service for most all shipping. Origin Zip Code 23831. Ground service with pick up from our location at 3-pm. Orders received before 11 am. may times go out same day.
The WeekEnd Brewer will ship products
using the shipping method selected by Buyer at time of order.
All sales are made F.O.B., the shipping point. The WeekEnd
Brewer shall use reasonable efforts to cause products to be delivered to
Buyer by requested delivery dates, but shall in no event be liable for any
losses or damages caused by delay or non-delivery of products. Buyer shall be
responsible for all shipping charges. Title and risk of loss in the products
shall pass to Buyer upon The WeekEnd Brewer (or its
agent's) delivery to the carrier at the shipping point.
Handling Fee; This fee covers our cost for the shipping box, packing material, labeling and labor.

The WeekEnd Brewer Home Beer & Wine Supply will not knowingly sell ingredient for fermentation to those under the age of 21 years of age. Nor will we ship to locations such a correction facilities. Those whom purchase fraudulently, do so at their own risk and will not hold The WeekEnd Brewer - Home Beer & Wine Supply, affiliates or it's employees liable for illegal action committed by those purchasing under false pretences. You Must Be 21 years of age, to own equipment that will produce during the alcoholic production process.
If you received an incorrect order due to our negligence. You are Not responsible for the return shipping Cost. If you receive an item and decide not to accept an item, please first call to explain to return. Returns NOT authorized will be subject to shipping charges and bank fees. Only Credit to the items returned will be made. If you decide to keep partial shipment, you will be charged for the shipping and those items only. A repackaging fee of $1.50 - $10.00 may apply for opened merchandise. If you receive written authorization from our company via. e-mail or fax. Please follow these directions so fees or charges will not accrue.
PLEASE NOTE:
As with any store we are in the business of sales. Returning merchandise is given a store credit or their is a 15 % restocking fee accrued. Cancelled Pre-ordered items may receive refund less any fees accrued or minimum of $1.50.
All returned items MUST be pre-authorized before a return credit can be issued. Failure to obtain a Return-Authorization Number will result in a non refundable return. Returns can be shipped directly back to The WeekEnd Brewer via the shipping Pre Authorization arrangement made. Items may also be picked up from from the customer's location via UPS. UPS pick up requires the customer to be available between the hours of ( 9 AM and 6 PM) Monday threw Friday. UPS call tag pick up can take 1-3 days. All Items must be securely repacked. Failure to repack properly may result in loss of refund. Items Returned are subject to inspection for quantity and disposition of items. Only after return of items, is a full credit or refund returned. All returns MUST have the (RAN #) on the outside of the box being returned and on the copy of the receipt enclosed in the box. You MUST call our office during normal Business hours to receive a ( Return -Authorization - Number ) for all returns. We suggest that if you do not have the original box and packing. All cancellations are subject to bank charge fees ( minimum $ 2.50 ) All Items that require refrigeration and or milled grains are NOT returnable.
Damage claims must be made at time of delivery. Credits will only be issued within 24 hours of receipt of product.
All Checks must be made payable to 'The WeekEnd Brewer'. Checks returned for non sufficient funds are subject to a $25.00 fee.
Charges that are Denied by your bank or Credit Card Company is subject to a $0.50 fee for each re-transaction. All cancellations are subject to bank charge fees ( minimum $ 2.50 )
Credit card transactions denying payment are subject to immediate credit dismissal. All transactions payable by either Check or Credit Card Payment not received are subject to immediate court action. Notification to Credit Card Company and credit bureau. Purchaser is responsible for all court cost, collection and lawyer fees, Collection of past due accounts are subject to 18 % late fee per month, all transaction fees and original or replacement cost until date of full payment received.
