California Pinot Noir
Recognized as a premier grape growing region, Santa Rita Hills is known for intensely flavorful Pinot Noirs. During the growing season, the ocean produces a marine layer of cloud and fog that keeps morning temperatures cool. This is followed by warm afternoons and a cool evening breeze, which results in an ideal climate for Pinot Noir. Medium to full-bodied, this wine presents a bouquet of rich tobacco, ripe balckberris and spices. The palate is treated to a heady experience of dark cherries, a hint of oak and velvety tannins.

Spanish Monastrell Cabernet
A confluence of Mediterranean and Continental climates suits Monastrell, a classic Spanish variety that has thrived since the 15th century. Also known as Mourvedre in France, this grape blends very well with Cabernet Sauvignon. Full-bodied, it has a deep, dark color and breathes intense notes of ripe plums, cassis and toasted oak on the nose. Backed by mouth-filling tannins, fruity flavors of black cherries and plums complement this richly oaked wine, leading to an impressive finish of distinction.

South African Petit Chenin Blanc
South Africa is home to some of the best Chenin Blancs in the world. Mild rainfall coupled with warm days and cool nights heighten the honeyed fruit and refreshing vibrancy of this grape. Medium to full-bodied in nature, this wine shows signature notes of citrus and floral freshness in its bouquet. This is followed by crisp, mineral notes powered by firm acidity and floral tones ending with a fruit forward finish.

Australian Shiraz Viognier
Co-fermentation of the red grape Syrah with small amounts of the white grape variety Viognier is a traditional winemaking technique perfected by cutting edge wine producers. Australian winemakers have fine-tuned this age-old technique to craft wines of distinction and brilliant intensity. The addition of Viognier gives a perfumed dimension and embraces the aggressive and complex characteristics of the Syrah. The resulting blend is a full-bodied, deep garnet red wine with a complex nose of violets, spices and rich American oak. Integrated flavors of berries, chocolates and spices are framed by tight knit, chewy tannins, creating a long and dramatic palate.
