How To Order!

How to pick a wine to make.

  1. First decide if the wine, is for Every Day or best with foods or After Dinner.

  2. Should the wine be dry or sweet.

  3. Red wines have a bolder flavor and tend to be dry. White wines are lighter and fruity and are dry to semi-sweet.

  4. A wine that ages well through the years OR will be ready to drink in only a couple of months. A Merlot after aging 3-4 months is wonderful in the bottle.

  5. What is the difference in the wine juices. Our Premium juices like Vintners Reserve. Would be the quality wine in a wine store you would pay $9 - $12.00 a bottle for. Select Wines are those you would pay $15- $20.00 a bottle of wine. Bigger bolder flavor, more body than an Vintner Reserve. International Wines of premium quality  $9 - $12.00 a bottle. Or those of a more Reserve Quality such as our International Selects you would pay $15- $20.00.

Those wines of distinct quality and nobility are our Estate Wines. These wine are of the highest quality and distinction through out the world. You would easily pay $30.00 - $35.00 a bottle for a Stags Leap District Merlot or a Lodi Old Vine Zinfandel. It is not unusual to age these wines 1-2 years.
